Requirements
A Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care A minimum of 12 months experience within the Health, Care and/or Disability industry (required) (behaviors and mental health experience preferred) NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check & WWCC (MUST) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate 3 COVID-19 Vaccinations Driver’s License & Car

Must have great availability, including days, weekends, sleepovers & active awake shifts. Experience working with people with disability and complex behaviours. Passionate about helping people & making a difference. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative and can think outside the box. Able to manage challenging situations effectively.
